I purchased travel pk. first for trial before she turned two before kids products. I have made orders ever since including a gift basket. I fell in love with the products bc of how defining her curls were and tangle free her hair was. I use the paddle brush while the deep cond. is in her hair before rinsing. After towel drying, I use the leave-in. Every day when styling her hair, I damp with a spray bottle of water and use leave-in daily for management! Couldn't ask for a better product. I have used this on my God Daughters (Bree)hair, who is caucasian and has soft natural curls. I will post a pic of her hair as well as my daughters. God Daughter's parents now buys the product also :) It's awesome!! (ahh, I wish I could post 4 pics, 2 of both kids) Thanks Mixed Chicks for making mine & my daughters life easier! My son has always had a close haircut because his hair is so hard to manage but recently started letting it grow out. My daughter has long beautiful spiral curls but by the end of the day, it was more like a frizzy afro! I tried your products "for kids" and "for him" and we are hooked! There is no more frizz and no more afro! We love Mixed Chicks and will be ordering more routinely! This is a great product, now, have you got anything for all these little girls that keep calling my son because his hair is all of a sudden so sexy? |

AFter a few weeks, I feel like this product stopped being so effective. It started drying out and breaking again. I guess it's not for every hair type. |

I just got my products and used it on my 3 little ones who all have different hair types. My 5y/o has long soft curly hair. My 3y/o has tight dry kinky hair. And my 6 mos old, well, what she has is all on top for now-lol. It adjusted to ALL their hair types, I couldn't believe it. Their hair looks and feels clean, soft, and the curls look great. I am Puerto Rican and my husband is black, our daughter has a combination of super dry but not "black" textured SUPER curly hair. We have tried EVERYTHING on her head! I love mixed chicks shampoo, conditioner, and leave in conditioner for myself and used just the leave in conditioner on my daughter for her curls. I bought the quad pack for my 2 year old daughter because I wanted to try them all and everything works great. She actually thanked me for not hurting her head because I did not have to deal with one tangle! She also told me that it "smelled so good". Personally I thought it had a weird odor at first but it went away before she even got out of the bath. If she is happy and not freaking out because I brought the comb out I am one happy mommy. It sure would be nice if they made these in larger sizes though. There are some items I like to buy a liter of at a time. The spray that can be used the next day would be nice to have more of, I only used it once and a lot was used, unlike the other items in the quad pack that I used a quarter size of. I bought this for my mixed race 4 year old girl like so many of the oteher mums have said finally it is amazing to find a product that works! I have one question! Im in the UK its quite hard to get hold of, but what do you all put on kids the day after or 2nd day after washing hair? To revive the curls again? Can you bring out a cream to use in beteween washes that freshsens the frizz and conditions too??
